Okay, hope that you are not getting boring. Guess what? Eating is also my interest. I've posted two kinds of food. Each with their own stories and histories. Foods that are very traditionally made and special in some ways are my favourites. I hate foods that are very commonly seen, such as chicken chop, chicken rice, etc. As you can see, all the foods, that I specially chose and posted, are unique and have long stories behind them. Food is our main source of energy, and without energy, we will unable to carry out physical activities. Hence, it is very important to eat healthily and nutritionally. For example, green vegetables and lean meats are healthier choices. However, eating is not at all meaningful if you are to eat the foods to replenish your energy, but instead, you should think about the long stories behind the foods while eating them.
In my life, my favourite food is actually 'fried wanton'. Talk about this, my saliva is already drooling. For 'fried wanton', I prefer to eat homemade 'fried wanton', which my mother makes. When my mother was young, she was nick-named, 'fried wanton queen'. Well she lives up to this name as her Fried Wanton is simply too delicious. She makes the wanton, using shrimps, wanton skins, minced meats, garlic and black pepper. The garlic and black pepper act as an enhancement to the wanton, making the favours of the wanton more complete. Then, after wrapping the fillings with wanton skins, she deep-fried them. The pleasant scent of the fried wantons dispersed into the surroundings, lingering around my nose. The scent smells so appealing that I am easily tempted to consume them. The fried wantons are of bite-size and the colours look attractive. Well, it's just simply fantastic! From a young age, I am very choosy in foods, but these fried wantons really make my taste buds melt. Eating is a leisure and a kind of appreciation!
